We deal in luxury renewed wristwatches. Each piece is carefully restored, tested, and quality-checked before delivery to ensure authenticity and performance.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

• Orders are processed within 24 hours.

• Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days across India.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra cost.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. How will I get my refund?

Once your returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all watches purchased from ramadawatch.shop come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
